HOW MUCH WILL I PAY?
I ask for a small retainer (€300) which will cover my work and expenses in case the deal doesn't finally go through.
This retainer is fully deductible from my 1% final fee, which you'll pay once the deed is signed and ready to be registered at the Land Registry or once you have signed the deed (as a seller).
